Revista Derecho y Economía
Derecho y Economía is an interdisciplinary serial publication with continuous periodicity that publishes articles subject to peer review under a double-blind methodology. It belongs to Universidad Científica del Sur (funder), and its scientific stewardship is under the responsibility of the Fundación Asociación Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Derecho & Economía (ALACDE).
The articles published in Derecho & Economía focus on original and interdisciplinary research in the fields of Law and Economics, as well as topics related to the application of Artificial Intelligence in these fields and Behavioral Law and Economics, among others. The journal is aimed at legal scholars, professionals, and specialists in areas related to Regulatory Theory, New Technologies, and Behavioral Law and Economics.
The journal adopts Open Science standards, adheres to the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA), and provides free open access to all of its content, with no publication fees or Article Processing Charges (APCs).
