Reducir la difusión de noticias falsas sobre vacunas con ciencias del comportamiento

El objetivo fue diagnosticar y reducir el comportamiento de compartir noticias falsas sobre vacunas en redes sociales, mediante un enfoque basado en ciencias del comportamiento. Para ello, se aplicó un diagnóstico mixto fundamentado en el modelo COM-B y los dominios TDF, que combinó una encuesta virtual (n = 260) y análisis de registros de cuentas de fact-checking colombianas. Posteriormente, se diseñaron, testearon y evaluaron a través de un A/B/C testing dos intervenciones (prebunking y accuracy nudge) integradas con el marco Behaviour Change Wheel (BCW). El prebunking mostró mejores resultados en contenidos neutros, mientras que el accuracy nudge destacó frente a noticias emocionales-morales. Este estudio valida el potencial de estas intervenciones para reducir la desinformación sanitaria y plantea lineamientos prácticos para la salud pública e investigaciones interdisciplinarias, incluyendo enfoques de ciencias sociales computacionales (CSC).
