Abstract

The disruption of ecosystems threatens human health by deepening existing health inequities, increasing environment related diseases, and straining healthcare systems. Equipping future physicians to confront these challenges is essential for building resilient health systems. This need is especially urgent in the Global South, where training remains insufficient and populations are disproportionately vulnerable to these impacts.
