Diez reglas simples para usar inteligencia artificial responsablemente en educación médica

La inteligencia artificial ya forma parte de la educación médica, pero su integración no puede reducirse al uso de nuevas herramientas. Este artículo propone diez reglas simples para orientar decisiones docentes sobre qué capacidades amplificar, qué productos verificar y qué responsabilidades no delegar. La propuesta se organiza alrededor del criterio profesional, entendido como juicio clínico-pedagógico, calibración epistemológica y responsabilidad ética. La IA puede extender ese criterio como exocompetencia, pero no sustituirlo. Por ello, el uso responsable de IA exige objetivos educativos explícitos, pensamiento crítico, revisión humana, protección de datos y actualización sostenida.
